Bookshelf with LadderThis unit was designed in collaboration with the client to utilize and open wall section in his living room. The client was looking to capture as much usable space as possible without making the footprint of the room smaller. This unit is built in and it measures 50 inches wide X 14 feet tall and is made out of cherry wood with a conversion varnish top coat for added protection. A custom ladder was designed and built to match the unit. Custom metal brackets were made out of brass for the upper section of the ladder.
